Big Night: The Platform

Big Night's community-building platform is strategically designed to connect with influential decision makers (community accelerators) through inclusive experiences, creative content, advanced media, branded moments, and immersive physical and digital environments. The platform is non-linear and is supported by our constellation of integrated technologies, in-house creative services, owned media, social communities, talent brands, marquee entertainment properties, and strategic partnerships that enable us to build and scale radically inclusive communities with unprecedented agility.


Howler Head x Big Night

Big Night will provide full-stack social media services, including content creation, omnichannel distribution, influencer collaborations, success monitoring, and adaptive community building for Howler Head.


Content Creation

  • Pro and raw original content; multi-platform long and short-form content

  • UGC/CGC, social-native content; multi-platform short-form content

  • Continuous graphical and photographic content support


Community Management

  • Community-centric campaign and microcampaign strategies based on insights gleaned from social listening, trendscaping, current events, and ongoing planned social media initiatives

  • Ongoing target community and competitor analysis to determine best distribution strategies; asset optimization for organic content

  • Distribution timing, post and caption creation, UGC review, and community engagement across all designated platforms


Influencer / Community Accelerator Facilitation

  • Outreach, coordination, and execution of content with brand-aligned influencers, from micro (10k-50k followers) to macro (100k-1M+ followers)

  • Redistribution of influencer content on applicable platforms

  • Community management on influencer engagements, amplifying reach and building on all opportunities


Partnerships & Collaborations

  • Brand-aligned collaboration opportunities with talent, brands and desired communities/subcommunities, for both digital (social media collaborations, etc.) and in-person activations (events, curated moments, pop-ups, etc.)


Analytics & Reporting

  • In-depth post analytics monitoring to understand and adapt the content and strategies to resonates best with audiences; optimize content distribution on most relevant platforms


Administration

  • A team dedicated to Howler Head, including an assigned project manager responsible for coordinating for all activities and other team members such as the assigned Content Correspondent and Community Manager

  • Bi-weekly update calls that summarize performance, understand upcoming happenings within the Howler Head universe, and discuss strategy shifts or new opportunities to take advantage of

  • Head-of-the-week emails, outlining action items and priorities on both the Howler Head and Big Night side, to stay in alignment with current initiatives

Workbar Live

  • ”Workbar Presents” branding on one show per month at Big Night Live

  • 20 tickets per month to select shows for Workbar’s selected tenants

  • 1 Workbar skybox party per quarter, including 2 bottles and up to 30 guests

  • Workbar brand and content displayed on venue screens during show

  • QR codes targeting new members displayed on venue LEDs

  • Workbar podcast promoted weekly on LED marquee at TD Garden entrance
