At Big Night, we are all creators. And ideas are our superpower. Whether it’s an experience, a moment, a new menu item, a venue design enhancement, a new customer service gesture, or a social media post idea, we believe that one of our key strengths is in the thoughtfulness of our team members.
What is a B Hive?
B Hives are our affectionately-named idea generation pods. Think of them as mini think tanks. How does it work? It’s simple. We gather ideas. From YOU. Any idea. For anything that adds value to our company, or to the experiences of our fans, followers, and friends. Small or large; easy or complex; inexpensive or super expensive. Then, we review everyone’s ideas, vote on which ones to focus on for that quarter, and build a team (hive) around helping you bring your idea from concept to reality.

Great! We want to hear about it. We have one very important rule that we follow in all of our creative brainstorming and idea generation workshops: there’s no such thing as a bad idea. So please, share it! Your idea could be a winner. There is no risk and no downside to sharing - we appreciate your thoughtfulness regardless of whether your idea gets selected among this quarter’s B Hive finalists.
